Gatti's seeks an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager. We are seeking a manager with a minimum of two years operations experience, preferably restaurants; a proven track record in generating year over year sales, the ability to build the bottom line revenue and prior success hiring, training and motivating an unbelievable crew!
