Mr. Mrlik joined us as our President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2005. From July 1999 until May 2005, he was Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President, Operations, at New World Restaurant Group Inc. (Einstein Bros. Bagels, Noah's Bagels, Manhattan Bagel, Chesapeake Bagel Bakery and New World Coffee) based in Golden, Colorado. Before that, he led operations for R&A Restaurants' Boston Market franchise. Mr. Mrlik graduated from Washington and Lee University. His favorite Gatti's pizza is the Vegetarian Sampler on original crust.

Ms. Gormley has served as our Vice President, Training and Human Resources, since September 2005. From September 1995 until August 2005, Ms. Gormley was with New World Restaurant Group Inc. in Golden, Colorado. Ms. Gormley held positions in both Training and Human Resources during her career with New World, most recently as Director of Human Resources. Ms. Gormley graduated in December 1992 from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Her favorite Gatti's pizza is the Sicilian Meats pizza.

Mr. Satchwell has served as our Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics since August 2005. From May 2002 until July 2005, he was Director of National Accounts for Roma Food Enterprises (a VISTAR foodservice company) in Centennial, Colorado. From February 1994 until February 2002, he was employed by Unified Foodservice Purchasing Cooperative, most recently as Vice President of Concept Operations. Mr. Satchwell graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. His favorite Gatti's pizza is Italian sausage, black olive and extra cheese on a Pan Perfect crust.

Mr. Glenn began serving as Vice President, Operations in June, 2010. Previously, Mr. Glenn held the position of Director of Company Operations beginning in April 2006. From February 2004 to April 2006, Mr. Glenn served as a Franchise Business Consultant and Regional Franchise Manager within the Gatti's Pizza Franchise Operations Group. From September 1988 through February 2004, Mr. Glenn was the Gatti's Pizza franchisee in Rockdale and Taylor, Texas. Mr. Glenn attended The University of Texas at Austin. His favorite Gatti's Pizza is meat sicilian on original crust.

Mr. Barclay began serving as Director of Franchise Development in June of 2010. From March 2006 to June 2010, Mr. Barclay served as the Director of Franchise Operations and has previously served as a Franchise Business Consultant and Regional Franchise Manager. From January 1997 through November 2005, Mr. Barclay was the Gatti's Pizza franchisee in Bedford, Indiana. Previously, he was a Franchise Business Consultant for Wendy's International before becoming a Gatti's Pizza franchisee in Richmond, Virginia, in 1981. Mr. Barclay graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1978. His favorite Gatti's Pizza is pepperoni, jalapeños and extra cheese on original.

Mrs. Serratore-Gunter joined us as our Vice President of Finance in August, 2010. From February 2003 - July 2010, she was Controller for Four Hands, LLC in Austin, TX. Mrs. Serratore-Gunter is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and is also a Certified Management Accountant and Certified in Financial Management. She graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Her favorite Gatti's pizza is fresh tomatoes and bell peppers on thin crust.

Mr. Kelly began serving as Vice President of IT & Support Services in April of 2011. Previously, Mr. Kelly held the position of Director of IT & Entertainment Systems starting in May of 2006. Prior to his tenure at Gatti's, he worked in various healthcare, retail, and government organizations developing and managing IT systems. Mr. Kelly graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering. His favorite Gatti's pizza is pepperoni, mushroom and black olives on thin crust.
